DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
NOPE, you don't need an account. When checking out you can select the option to "Check out without an account" On the login screen for Paypal.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We operate a no fuss returns policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of receiving it in it’s original packaging with all labels and tags in tact. Please include a note with the package stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. The item being returned/exchanged must be in its original condition. If exchanging an item, please make clear the size and colour of the replacement item required. We recommend that you send the item back via Royal Mail special delivery, so that we can sign for the item, providing proof of return. You will also need to include the original invoice with your return.
What if my item was delivered faulty?
If the item you received is faulty, please email us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of what is wrong with the product and if you would like to exchange it or be issued with a refund. We will reply to this email within 24 hours with further instructions.
What if I have received an incorrect item?
If the item you received is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your item, quoting your order number, your name, address and details of which item you would like to exchange it with.
